There is nothing more inspiring than seeing people work hard to achieve their dreams. There are so many people in my life who inspire me through their determination towards reaching their goals. It takes real persistence to see things through, even during the times when it seems like there is no end in sight. I have been thinking a lot about “dreams” lately. My generation is filled with entrepreneurial spirits. We see an opportunity to create the life we want. It takes hard work and long hours, that most people don’t see, but the reward is so worth it.

One person who always inspires me is Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam. Last week Julia launched her Gal Meets Glam Collection of beautiful dresses. I’ve always admired Julia’s ability to keep getting better and to keep pushing towards what’s next. I love to see people who have succeeded in making their dreams a reality.

The Gal Meets Glam Collection is beautiful. Classic and feminine, which is right up my alley. I knew I had to have this dress the first time I saw the sneak peek of the floral pattern. Over the weekend I went to Nordstrom to see the collection in person and was happy to bring this beauty home with me.

Last week was Brian and my four-year wedding anniversary. We didn’t make any big plans, but wanted to have a nice evening just the two of us. This dress made me feel glamorous from the moment I slipped it on, so I knew it was the perfect dress for our anniversary dinner. It’s a beautiful cut, and the material feels so luxurious.

What I love most about the Gal Meets Glam Collection, is that it is perfectly Julia. It’s a reflection of her and the brand she has created. As I said, it’s impossible not to be inspired when you see someone going after their dreams. We all have something that we’re working towards.
